PAYMENTS:
The price of the goods, services or digital content are indicated on the Mondomago Site. The accepted methods of payment are stated at the payment stage of the online purchase. You must pay for the goods before we dispatch them.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
We accept returns. Contact us within 1 day of delivery and send the items back within 3 days of delivery.

We do not accept cancellations, however, please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Custom orders, digital downloads and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

When your refund will be made. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then your refund will be made to your original purchase method within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.

Mondomago will not have any liability to you by reason of any delay or failure if the delay or failure to perform is occasioned by force majeure, which refers to any act of God, storm, fire, casualty, unanticipated work stoppage, power outage, satellite failure, strike, lockout, labor dispute, civil disturbance, riot, war, national emergency, Governmental action, or other cause beyond its control.
